A Semi-Private (Trio) session will consist of you and two other people along with your instructor. Sessions are 55 minutes in length and will utilize your choice of equipment.

Please be advised

Canceling an appointment in less than 24 hours, you will be charged in full
Changing a scheduled appointment to another day, in less than 24 hours, you will be charged in full.
Canceling a scheduled appointment through e-mail, text messaging, or voice mail is not valid.
Cancellations must take place verbally with a Zend Avesta Pilates representative.
