Studio Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

-Cancelling or rescheduling a private session or group class in less than 24 hours, will be considered taken and charged in full for the service booked.

-No shows with failure to cancel will be considered taken and charged in full for the service booked.

-When training on a 30 day monthly unlimited package, no shows and/or late cancellations will result in a $30.00 automatic charge to your credit card on file.

-Classes and private sessions can be cancelled via our WebScheduler system, or over the phone during regular studio hours with a studio representative.

-Cancelling a scheduled service via e-mail, text messaging, or voice mail is not valid, you will be charged in full for the service booked.

Tardiness:

Late arrivals to group classes are forfeited 10 minutes after their scheduled start time and will be subject to a full charge.  All students must be checked in 5 minutes prior the start of class so they have ample time to adjust their equipment settings.  Students who arrive late for their private sessions will receive the remainder of time allotted for that session.  Instructors are not obligated to extend the session the amount of time you are late.

Arrival and Departure:

New students are recommended to arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to the start of class or private session in order to fill out appropriate forms and register within our system. Due to the layout of our studio we kindly ask that all students adhere to the check in times when use of the rest room/changing area is needed.  We have an open floor plan and do not want to disturb classes in session.  In order to avoid confusion between our class transition please leave the studio quietly at the end of your class.

Class Scheduling:

It is recommended to pre-register as classes are small, but not required.  Classes can be scheduled in advance using our WebScheduler.  Online registration closes 12 hours prior to class time.

 

Class Size:

Classes range from 4 students to 8 students, depending on the class you register for.  There is a 2 person minimum for a class to be held.  If you are the only person in attendance you have the option of taking a 30 minute private class or deducting a second class from your account and receiving a full private session.

 

Packages:

All sales are non- refundable, no extensions will be given for any reason.  All sales are non-transferable.   It is your responsibility to be aware of all expiration dates on your packages.  Please refer to your WebScheduler in your account information regarding your package expiry.

 

Payment Method:

Zend Avesta Pilates accepts cash, Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and personal checks for any service purchased. There will be a $30.00 fee for any check that is bounced or returned.  All sales are subject to New York City Local Sales Tax.

 

Instructor/Schedule Change:

As our studio and client base develops in order for us to serve you better, class types and times may change in addition to Instructors.   All changes will be noted on our WebScheduler. When substitute instructors are needed all changes will be noted on our WebScheduler, out of courtesy.  Zend Avesta Pilates is not obligated to give notice of instructor changes.
